These nighttime hours include:
1 virtual intake meeting
We spend this meeting getting to know each other and doing intake and deep dives on expectations of what the postpartum experience will look like for you and your growing family.
1 in person meeting
We use this meeting to go over planning for our time together, I come and look at the space and get familiar with what you want.
Access to my physical “Postpartum Binder”
I have curated and created an “All Things Postpartum” binder to use at home at your own pace. This binder is filled with loads of valuable explanations, tips, worksheets and even postpartum template sheets to use alongside our meetings together.
Unlimited text and phone support
I want the families I work with to know I am there to support all the way through our time together. Whether you want to go over pumping guidelines, need resources for an issue you’re dealing with, or just need reassurance on big feelings that may come up.

Continued phone and text support for 12wks
I will continue to be there for you and your family ready to answer questions and ease concerns for the full 4th trimester period even after our in person time together ends.
On call for you starting at 37 weeks
As much as we focus on due dates, they are very much educated guesses for when your baby makes their arrival. I prepare for that by being on call ready to go by 37 wks of your pregnancy. I do not travel more than an hour away and stay in close contact during this time.
