Finding the Right Doula for Your family, is Possible to Find!

I started the journey of becoming a doula because I wanted to support families in becoming empowered by the parenting experience. There a huge disconnect in our society when it comes to birth and parenthood, we don't support the "village" mindset, and our families are paying the price. I hope to help bridge the gap within my means, one family at a time.

Prenatal prep support

Support includes: 

extensive prenatal labor & birth prep, postpartum & breastfeeding prep, as well as access to extensive resource & referral list

Labor & delivery support

Support includes:

full labor & birth support in all forms, meaning : induction, cesarean, home birth, hospital birth, birth center etc. I am there when you feel you need me no questions asked. Emotional & physical support, 1-2 hours of postpartum support directly after birth.

Prenatal Postpartum Prep Support

Support includes:

Extensive prenatal prep for the postpartum experience, breastfeeding & infant feeding prep and education, as well as access to extensive resource & referral list

Post Partum Support:

Support includes:

full postpartum in-home support, day or nighttime hours offering emotion and informational support, newborn care info and tips, light housekeeping, food and meal prep, birth processing support, older sibling support, etc. Think of me as your
